TERMS OF USE:

I hate to write, don't you? I rather be teaching you than writing this stuff,
and I bet you rather be learning, right?
So, let's make this sweet, short and to the point, shall we?

• Your membership is for you and you alone. Not for Aunt Suzy, Uncle Harry, or your best friend Rufina.
   

• Original images you create with Real Draw  are yours to do as you please, but my graphics are still copyrighted to me, and you may not use them or claim them as your own.
   

• Do not claim my original designs as your own.
   

• The images in my tutorials are for teaching purposes only. Do not use them for your own work or commercially. You can create your own graphics using the techniques you learn from the tutorials. You know, change the textures, colors, etc. Those are yours to display, share, sell, donate; mine are mine. Am I repeating myself? You bet.
   

• You may print out the tutorials for ease of use, but do not share them.
   

• Do not share tutorials or site contents with any groups, forums, clubs, organizations, foreign governments, terrorist groups, religious fanatics, in fact, don't share, period.
   

• Do not post the tutorials or any thing from this site anywhere, digitally or otherwise.
   

• Do not translate the tutorials into any language, not even yours.
   

• Do not share your password or user name with anyone, not even people who claim they paid for a membership and forgot or lost theirs. They can contact me for the information.
   

• I reserve the right to add to or modify these terms at any time in any way.
   

• Any person that violates these terms will be immediately banned from the site and their membership fee will not be refunded.

• Once you have receive your user name and password and given access to the site, no refund will be given, so make sure you really want to do this.
   

• If you don't understand any part of these terms, ask me before joining. I don't want you to loose your money.
   

• If I misspelled anything, let me know. English is not my native tongue, and you cannot violate the TOU, nor will I refund your money, because I write funny.
   

• You have to love my cat as much as I do. The Chihuahuas are another story.
   

Please keep in mind how much time and effort is required to design graphics, write tutorials, find resources, and maintain this site, not to mention the monetary cost. If you violate these terms you are ultimately hurting yourself as well as me. Be good, eat your vegetables, wash behind your ears, and don't make me come after you for braking the rules!
